An 83-year-old grandmother, who stunned the world with an X-rated interview about her love life with her 37-year-old husband, has revealed what caused their sudden divorce.
And British woman Iris Jones has conceded she feels “stupid” and “should have known better” than to become involved with her “toy boy” husband, Mohamed Ahmed Ibriham.

Jones threw Ibriham out of their home last month, after more than two years of marriage.
The couple met on Facebook in 2019 and, despite their 46-year age gap, tied the knot a year later in Ibriham’s native Egypt.
They gained worldwide attention after Jones discussed their rampant sex-life on national TV.
But their love affair “dwindled to nothing” after the grandmother became fed up and tired of “looking after him”.
A source told the Daily Mail that the pair continued to have a sexual relationship, but Jones was left to do “all the housework”, leaving her tired and “not in the mood”.
Jones spoke to the UK publication directly, revealing she “would do all his cooking, cleaning and tidying”.
“I’m better off without him, and I wish I had listened to my family and friends, but what’s done is done now,” she told the Daily Mail.
She added that she regretted meeting Ibriham, comparing him to her preferred first husband, and said she was happy being single with her new cat.
“I’m happy just being here on my own with my Bengal cat Mr Tibbs, he’s the new love of my life. I’m glad I’ve got rid of Mohamed,” she said.
Jones, who hasn’t seen or heard from Ibriham since they ended things, shared that he’s taken all his belongings and isn’t welcome back.
“My friend said it was meant to be, she’s very spiritual,” she said.
“I think it was his image that I fell in love with. If he was bald and had a pot belly I doubt I would have become infatuated with him.
“I certainly don’t feel love for him at the moment, what I do feel is stupid, and I should have known better.”
She added that Ibriham didn’t see the break up coming and took it “very badly”.
A source told the Daily Mail there was a “cultural divide” between the couple, with Ibriham speaking only Arabic which would drive Jones mad.
“She liked to have the windows open but he didn’t and he was such a hypochondriac, he was at the doctor more than Iris and he’s half her age,” they continued.
The grandmother made headlines around the world in 2020 when she appeared on ITV’s This Morning with Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield.
She made the hosts blush when she shared explicit details of her passionate nights with Ibriham in a segment called “My Egyptian Toy Boy Isn’t After My Money”.
“The first night – pretty rough, it was rough,” she told the show.
“Nobody had been near me for 35 years, I thought I was a virgin again.
“The thing is, I couldn’t walk the next day.”
The couple wed towards the end of 2020.
Speaking about the end of their relationship to British tabloid magazine, Closer, Jones said she “never expected to fall in love with someone 46 years younger than me”.
“But I did. I adored everything about Mohamed,” she told Closer.
“But it became hard work.
“We used to have a great sex life but then, rather than making love, we ended up arguing all the time about anything and everything.
“I can’t be doing with that. I’m not a lovesick teenager. I’m 83.”
She added that she isn’t missing her ex “at all” and is mostly annoyed that he took the “tempura battered prawns” she had prepared for dinner that night.
